INVESTING INSIGHTS | TURNING PAGES INTO PROFITS

Your decisions determine your destiny, and your mental paradigms determine your decisions. And for me one of the best and simplest ways to change my paradigms, is by investing time and money into good books.

Simple, I know, but I have a long list of books that have massively changed the way I see the world and have helped my re-invent myself for the better. When I was young, my father would pay me to read books such as Think and Grow Rich, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and Rich Dad Poor Dad. I had a mentor give me a copy of The Richest Man in Babylon. All of these shaped my thinking at a young age in a way that helped me find ways to accumulate wealth later on.

Books have transformed me as a leader as well. Some of my favorites are The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Effective Executive, and Wooden on Leadership. The pages in these books helped me see the world from the viewpoint of others, and allowed me to lead and serve those in my organization more effectively.
