Life is full of small key moments that change the entire trajectory of your life, and the people who are there for those moments are so special.
Kevin Swiss is one of those people for me. We first met when I was still fairly young in the door-to-door industry (and recently engaged) and he was with me to record training videos for the company.
Since I was still new to the company, I had a lot to prove, but was also felt a little overwhelmed by the workload ahead of me. It was during one of our video sessions on the doors that Kevin turned to me and said something like, “You know Casey, I can see you being the next LeBron James-type player in this industry.”
That little affirmation completely changed my perspective. Suddenly I started to believe that I could go accomplish something great, and ever since then, we’ve been lifelong friends.
“What I admire the most about Kevin however is his loyalty to people and how much of a priority relationships are to him. If it wasn’t for him, I never would have talked to Todd Pedersen and joined Vivint. His constant friendship and hustle inspired me in so many ways, and he helped me see my potential before I could even see it in myself.”
