DRIVEN TO SUCCEED | THE ENTREPRENEURIAL EVOLUTION OF STERLING SNOW

“How can I learn the lessons for the next phase, right now?”

Sterling Snow told me he asks himself this question constantly.

When he was a teenager, Sterling went to work for a local restaurant. Because the owners were often travelling and franchising, they gave him more and more responsibilities until at age 16, Sterling was running the entire restaurant.

I don’t know many 16-year-olds who would want that responsibility, but to Sterling it was a chance to grow and improve faster in preparation for the future.

Fast-forwarding a few years, he knew he needed to learn more about business and startups, so Sterling applied to work at Jive, where he focused on being the fastest learner and hardest worker there. He rose through the ranks, and his reputation grew and eventually lead to him becoming one of the founding members at Divvy, one of Utah’s most famous unicorns.

“You can either wait for life to teach you lessons, (if it ever does), or you can go seek them out yourself and do more, faster. Sterling is the embodiment of this, which is why we’re all extremely excited to see what he accomplishes with his newest venture, Redo.”
